As an Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Revenue Management Strategy and Analysis, you’ll be part of the Revenue Analysis team, a key area within the Commercial Planning and Performance department of the Revenue division. This team leads and manages a wide range of projects that directly drive revenue growth for American Airlines and its partners.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Revenue Management team and partner with stakeholders across the commercial organization – including Sales Programs, Network Planning & Scheduling, Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Loyalty, and partner airlines. Together, you’ll analyze, identify, and implement revenue-maximizing initiatives and changes, improve processes, and communicate trends to deliver better commercial outcomes.
This position is ideal for someone with exceptional problem-solving skills, advanced data analytics capabilities, solid commercial acumen, and the ability to present insights clearly to senior leaders. Success also requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external partners .
