Baker / Prep Team Member (Morning Shifts)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Baker/Prep team member to join our kitchen. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a well-rounded background in both sweet and savory pastry production who thrives in a collaborative, high-standard environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of baked goods, including breads, cakes, cookies, brownies, seasonal pastries, and savory items.
Accurately scale, mix, shape, bake, and finish products with consistency and attention to detail.
Follow recipes while maintaining an efficient and organized workflow.
Support daily production needs across both sweet and savory prep.
Collaborate with the Chef and team to meet production goals.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Assist in refining recipes and improving kitchen systems as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a bakery, café, or professional kitchen (culinary or pastry training preferred).
Strong foundation in pastry techniques, including laminated doughs, custards, and savory preparations.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Reliable, communicative, and team-oriented.
Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
Interest in growing with a thoughtful and evolving bakery team.
Morning availability is required.
