Wooltari USA Inc. is a fast-growing e-commerce company delivering premium Korean food and lifestyle products across the United States. Headquartered in Carson, CA, with an additional fulfillment center in Pennsylvania, we ship over 1,000 refrigerated, frozen, and shelf-stable products nationwide.

Customer Service Representative

Wooltari is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support across our growing e-commerce business.

This role serves as a primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from order placement through post-purchase support. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, live chat, and other communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries professionally, accurately, and promptly.

• Order Management: Assist customers with orders, shipping, tracking, returns, exchanges, refunds, and general product inquiries while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns efficiently by identifying solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and following issues through to completion.

• Customer Experience: Process refunds, exchanges, reshipments, and other service requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with fulfillment, operations, merchandising, and other internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and accurate communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English (Required)

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers in an e-commerce environment

• Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, or other customer service platforms

• Experience handling order management, returns, exchanges, and refund processes

• Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive customer experience while managing multiple priorities

• Competitive Hourly Pay $20.00 — $24.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
