Position Summary:
The Director, Operational Effectiveness is responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance. This role partners across functions to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, implement scalable solutions, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility and the ability to pivot quickly.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and data-driven leader with deep experience in Lean, Six Sigma, process redesign, and operational transformation.
