Job Description
The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning, organization, and execution of corporate and promotional events. This position works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure each event is professionally coordinated and executed according to company standards.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where coordination and communication are essential.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and promotional activities
Support event logistics including scheduling, venue coordination, and vendor communication
Prepare event materials, documentation, and organizational timelines
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event operations
Monitor event preparation to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Provide on-site support during events to assist with setup and coordination
Maintain records, reports, and post-event documentation
Qualifications
