Lead and execute FMEA for electronic hardware elements, including ASICs, SoCs, PMICs, microcontrollers, and power electronics, while evaluating SPFM, LFM, and PMHF against ASIL-B/C/D targets.
Perform Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) at hardware and system levels, including minimal cut set analysis and event probability evaluation against safety goals.
Conduct Dependent Failure Analysis (DFA) to identify and mitigate common-cause and cascading failures across safety-critical subsystems.
Define and apply custom mission profiles and calculate FIT rates for California EV operating conditions using standards such as IEC TR 62380, SN 29500, or MIL-HDBK-217 .
Use tools such as Ansys Medini Analyze and Isograph Reliability Workbench to execute safety analyses and maintain reusable component libraries and diagnostic coverage templates.
