International offers a strong compensation package: a $72K base salary PLUS commission that includes 2% of the sales price and 25% of net margin, with benefits starting on day one.
As part of the Commercial Sales team your day will be a mix of prospecting, following up on warm leads, preparing quotes, managing your CRM activity, and guiding customers from first conversation to final signature. Bilingual (Spanish) capability will make you stand out immediately.

To qualify, you’ll need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of sales experience, and the ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. You must also be able to obtain and maintain a CDL. Experience in truck or automotive sales—or any commission‑heavy role—is a big plus.
