Salary: $52,000 - 52,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk or desktop support
• Proficient troubleshooting abilities in Windows environments
• Networking knowledge, especially with FortiGate firewalls
• Familiarity with security camera systems and audiovisual support
• Experience with Windows Server administration or virtual environments (like Hyper-V, VMware)
• Proven track record in an onsite support capacity
• Excellent time management skills, able to handle various locations
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Valid drivers license and dependable transportation

• Deliver Level 2 onsite support to end users, including faculty and administration
• Diagnose and rectify hardware, software, and network issues
• Efficiently manage service tickets professionally and promptly
• Facilitate workstation setups, imaging, and the onboarding/offboarding of users
• Provide assistance with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity
• Support audiovisual systems and classroom tech as required
• Maintain and troubleshoot security camera systems
• Collaborate with senior engineers for complex issue escalation
• Record resolutions, processes, and frequently occurring issues
