IT Project Manager IV

The Project Manager (PM) supporting cyber defense projects is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of cybersecurity initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Planning: Develop and define project scope, objectives, and plans to meet cybersecurity goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate consistently with stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to cyber threats and project challenges.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Change Management: Manage scope changes and document all modifications to project plans.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all outputs meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Incorporate lessons learned and promote best practices in cybersecurity.
- Incident Response Coordination: Collaborate with teams to integrate findings from incidents into project strategies.
- Training and Awareness: Support the development of training programs to enhance staff awareness of cybersecurity protocols.
