Position Requirements
»Preferred Associates Degree or equivalent practice
»Two years related practice and/or training in receivables, invoicing, billing or check input
»Good communication and math expertise.
»Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
»Professional demeanor.
»Strong PC aptitude. practice in Excel and Microsoft Office,
» capability to multitask and work independently
»Strong customer service orientation
Position Responsibilities
»Researches and responds to all accounts receivable inquiries in a prompt manner.
»Applies check payments and credit card payments to accounts daily.
»Answers customer phone calls.
»Provides AR support to all office team members.
»Provides collections support
»Provides excellent customer service when interacting with external and internal customers
»Perform QA assessment on each account to include validating services performed, identifying account issues, and identifying outstanding balances.
»Performs other related tasks as assigned
Organization Relationship
The Accounts Receivable Associate will report directly to Finance Director
