Seeking a Physical Therapist who believes in true integrated care. We are a established practice of over 20 years, fast-growing, multidisciplinary medical practice treating Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Pain Management, and Regenerative Medicine under one roof. This means better outcomes for patients—and a more exciting, collaborative environment for you. This is not your typical PT job, work side-by-side with pain management, chiropractors, regenerative medicine providers (PRP, peptides, advanced therapies) specialists. We treat manual therapy, deep tissue and cryotherapy we treat to educate patients. We offer a structured mentorship program designed to help the new graduate. We offer ongoing clinical support, collaborative case discussions, build confidence quickly, develop strong clinical decision-making for new graduate transition smoothly into a full caseload. Flexible schedule choice of 2-3 (days or evenings) option to work 4/10’s with closed time for notes and lunch. All therapist receive support of PTA’s and PT Aids. Requires Licensed PT in the state of Illinois upon start date. Will consider a new graduate seeking mentorship program established specifically for the new grad. Bi-lingual Slavic speaking candidates in Russian, Polish or Ukrainian encouraged to apply. H1B Visa Sponsorship offered.
Compensation up to 110K base (depending on experience) with semi-annual bonus (5K yearly) plus sign on or relocation. Employer contributes 25% to healthcare premium choice of HMO or PPO plan with dental. CME of 1500 per year and 401(k) w/ match. 3 weeks of PTO with days off before Christmas and New Years.
