  • The Principal, Labor Analysis is responsible for the financial analysis of our regional contracts, coordinating with the Finance teams, working closely with presidents (VP/SVP level), and the Regional Planning team. In addition, this person will be responsible for labor modeling, reporting, and coming up with creative solutions to drive supportability in our regional network. 

  • The role is a part of the Labor Analysis team within our Finance division.

What you'll do

  • Work autonomously on financial analysis for 16 regional contracts, delegating work to other analysts as needed
  • Coordinate with three wholly-owned Finance teams
  • Work closely with presidents (VP/SVP) level to ensure proper communication to our regional contacts
  • Create labor models and reports to make sure we are disciplined with our regional cost structure

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or other related or relevant field
  • 4 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • At least 2 years experience in Labor Analysis, Financial Analysis, and/or Regional Planning
  • MBA, or other relevant Master's degree

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to problem solve
  • Strong presentation skillls (both verbal and written)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
