Job Summary

We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support high-performing development teams in delivering quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will promote collaboration, remove obstacles, and ensure adherence to Agile principles across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
• Remove impediments that impact team productivity and project delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and manage backlogs.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and delivery performance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate project status and team progress.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile delivery objectives.
