  • Technical Leadership & Process: Conduct rigorous code reviews, provide mentorship to junior/mid-level developers, and improve development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to ensure successful product launches.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience building DeFi , NFT , RWA, or tokenization platforms.
  • Familiarity navigating Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain technologies.
  • Experience conducting or actively supporting smart contract security audits.
  • Knowledge of modern infrastructure automation including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • A proven background working in fast-paced startups or open-source contributions within the blockchain ecosystem.

What We Offer

  • Premium Compensation Blueprint: Highly competitive annual salary ranging between $250,000–$300,000 USD, accompanied by performance-based bonuses.
  • Equity & Ownership: Lucrative equity and token incentive opportunities, allowing you to take true ownership of meaningful projects.
